Pineapple rewards extra points for setting made hands like straights, flushes, and fullhouses.  These extra points are called Royalty points.  Here's a table listing all the Royalty points available for a Pineapple hand (Royalty points are values in the green rounded boxes):
Royalties Per Hand (RPH) is your average Royalty points earned per hand.  To calculate your RPH, we simply divide the total number of Royalty points you've earned by the number of hands played.  RPH also considers Royalty points earned in Fantasy Land, but does not include Scoop bonus points.  When you foul a hand, your RPH contribution for that hand is zero.
It's important to observe that RPH is independent of your opponent's skill level. Â Because of this, we think RPH is a solid indicator of your skill level in Pineapple and should serve as your "north star" for guiding improvement. Â Good luck!
